Just Store It! - Johnson City

Genuinely good folks are few and far between nowadays. These folks are fantastic, and I appreciate the great service. The location is clean, well lit and there's plenty of space to get in and out of the units.

Overall, my experience was fine; however, in my opinion, the price is too high for the tiny space and since the unit isn't climate controlled, when I removed my items, they stunk.

I rented a unit here for several years and never really had any issues up until this morning. Last month, I was notified by the military that I would need to move to TX. So, I called the facility well over a month in advance and informed them that I would need to vacate the unit on the 5th of the next month. I was told that my rent would be prorated for just the 5 days I was using the unit that upcoming month. Fast forward to this morning (the 1st) and I was auto-billed for the entire month. I called to see why the rent wasn't prorated as we had discussed, and was told their policy changed sometime during the previous month and that they were no longer doing that. They did give me the option to move out immediately and I would be refunded, however I am irritated that I had to inconvenience friends/family to move my stuff out early because they changed their policy without notifying the tenants and I've already moved to TX... Other than this issue, never had any trouble with the facility or the management, but I am fairly annoyed with them this morning.

Our experience with just store it was awesome we felt very safe going anytime of day and aone nights. Very clean, no nosey neighbors, very reasonable prices. Thank you, we will highly recommend
