No. After you have signed the rental agreement, we have seen your identification, and you have presented your insurance certificate or signed up for our Just Protection Plan, you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
Yes, we offer carts for our indoor access locations only. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
