Just Store It! - Kingsport

Rented a 5x5 over the phone. When I started to unload at my unit, I realized it was too small. Bill Hall helped me from the beginning to transferring me to a larger unit. He was very helpful, courtesy & professional. The Just Store it! in Kingsport is a nice, large facility. Thank you! 5⭐

Great atmosphere and helpful friendly staff that care about their clients and clients belongings. Highly recommend just store it all locations based on year of experience. Everyone who works for just store it doesn't treat it as just a job they will help and be there for people any way they can. Just store it is our first and only choice in future.

Excellent location, clean facility, good climate control and 24 Hr. access to designated storage areas. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, and that makes all the difference when you need a real person to speak with instead of an automated or outsourced customer service department. Will definitely rent here again for any future storage needs!

I was living in Nashviile and was moving to Kingsport.I needed a climate controlled storage building,so i googled storage buildings in Kingsport and talked with Jennifer,can't remember her last name,but she was awesome and she was very helpful and nice. SHE also hooked me up with a Peneske truck,when i arrived to the storage building,she was there to greet me with a smile and a bottle of water :) Thanks for all you did for me Jennifer Thanks Raymond Bright
