Loved this facility! Customer service is great and the units are kept clean and well lit. After using a few places that claimed to have climate control units, this facility really DOES have climate control storage units in a variety of sizes. Would definitely recommend these guys to my friends!

This place is a confusing maze of guessing where to go to get to your unit. There are NO signs indicating which direction to go to find other units that are in other parts of the building beyond closed doors, NO signs above the doors you have to walk through indicating what unit numbers are beyond those doors, and NO signs telling you what doors lead to the stairs! There is no directory and I wasted entirely too much time wandering through the maze until I accidentally found the stairs. So ridiculous to not have proper signage in this place! It IS however really secure and clean, so I’ll give it stars for that, but I don’t recommend going after hours the first time you go. Make sure someone is there who can give you directions.

The phone rep, Kristen, was very helpful and informative. I was able to get a lot done ahead of time over the phone with her. At the facility, I dealt with Bill. Super nice guy. He helped me get everything finalized and helped me take advantage of a great special. The facility itself is very nice. Secure, tons of cameras and clean units.
