5x5: This space will hold small furniture, boxes, and miscellaneous items. Perfect for your office or personal records.5x10: This space will hold some furniture, plus small items and boxes.
10x8: This space will hold some furniture, plus small items and boxes. Great for that unused office furniture.
10x10: This space is approximately one-half the size of a one-car garage or the size of an average dining room.
10x15: This space is the size of a one car garage and can hold the contents of a two bedroom apartment or office. Lots of room for files and unused furniture.
10x20: The size of a two car garage, this space will hold furniture or equipment and supplies from a three bedroom apartment.
10x30: The size of a three car garage; will hold a four bedroom house plus extra storage.
Packing Tips
The following tips will save you time and money when storing your items.• Store couches on end to save room.
• Use furniture covers to protect your items.
• Clean a path down the center of unit so you can reach items in back easily.
• Cushion fragile items and keep them toward the top so they won't break.
• Fill boxes to capacity so they don't tip or collapse.
• Store items you will need to access frequently toward the front of your unit.
• Pack boxes evenly and fully.
• Don't pack heavy items in one box – you may hurt yourself trying to lift it! Instead, use several small boxes.
• Label boxes and keep a list of items in each box so you know where everything is.
